Registered Massage Therapy

Registered massage therapy. Every visit includes; assessment, treatment and homecare. Evidence-based approach, with a focus on persistent pain and injury recovery. Treatments are performed on a massage table with linens, and include techniques that are both oil-free or using oil. Stretching is included in most treatments, as appropriate.

Sharon Coombs RMT

Sharon has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over one decade. She has a special interest in helping patients manage and recover from pain and injury, as well as supporting those with mental health challenges. An extensive background in yoga, meditation, and athletics supports and informs her practice.Expect classical swedish massage, stretching, and craniosacral techniques to be incorporated into your treatment.
